With over 25 years of experience in property management and more than 40 years proudly calling Tulsa home, I bring a unique blend of industry expertise and deep community knowledge to my real estate career. My background includes extensive work in tax credit renovations, critical planning, and navigating both State and Federal requirements. I’m HUD-certified in Fair Housing and management, ensuring every client I serve benefits from ethical, informed, and professional guidance.

My passion for Tulsa runs deep—it’s a love story that began with my father’s stories of growing up here, and weekend “destination tours” that took us from rail watching to picnics on top of Chandler Park, and strolls along the Riverside. From the artful charm of Villa Philbrook to the panoramic skyline views from Reservoir Hill, my appreciation for Tulsa’s history, architecture, and culture is woven into every step of my journey.

I'm proud to be an active member of our local Runner’s World Tulsa, the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, and a volunteer with the historic Spotlight Theater. These connections keep me closely tied to the heartbeat of our city and its vibrant communities.
